Our engineers design solutions for material handling challenges. Our engineers recently worked with Taylor Machine Works on a custom application for a Canadian steel manufacturing facility. Magnetech’s mill magnets and PowerPro generator were fitted to a Taylor TS-series loading truck (picture above) for moving steel slabs. Our engineers also worked with Taylor on designing the cross-beam support element.
All Magnetech magnets are designed to 75% duty cycle and constructed with class H insulation throughout coil. Steel construction maximizes lift-to-weight ratio without sacrificing strength and durability.
